Booking Agreement

By submitting a booking request through MRTravel65026, you agree to the following terms and conditions. MRTravel65026 acts as an independent travel advisor and facilitates bookings with third-party travel suppliers including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Payments & Deposits

Deposits and final payments are subject to the terms of each travel supplier. MRTravel65026 will inform you of all payment deadlines. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking by the supplier.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are determined by the individual travel suppliers. MRTravel65026 will assist you with the cancellation process, but refund amounts are subject to each supplier's terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Travel Insurance

MRTravel65026 strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance can protect against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. Your travel advisor can provide insurance options and quotes.

Limitation of Liability

MRTravel65026 acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of any travel supplier, including but not limited to schedule changes, cancellations, overbookings, or service quality. Our liability is limited to the fees paid directly to MRTravel65026 for advisory services.
